Magnet Demagnetization

Neodymium magnet ใน motor เสียความแข็งแกร่งถาวรที่อุณหภูมิสูง (Curie temp ~80°C สำหรับ N52H) → torque ลด → motor power ลดถาวรแม้เย็นลงแล้ว

Winding Insulation Failure

ฉนวนขดลวด (enamel coating) ทนได้ ~180°C สำหรับ Class H แต่ที่ junction ใกล้ stator อาจสูงกว่า surface temp 20–30°C → short circuit เกิดได้ก่อน
